Ten years ago I held a boy's hand for the first time. I was nervous and thought he wouldn't hold my hand back...but he did. I'm so glad I was feeling extra brave that New Year's Eve because now I get to celebrate every new year with the love of my life.

And now, ten years later, we have a beautiful daughter together.
Who would have ever thought? Well I did...I knew we would be together forever the moment our fingers intertwined.
